RaveWise is a grassroots social initiative that provides a community-based code of conduct for the UK rave and electronic music scene. Through accessible safety guidance, and a culture of mutual accountability, RaveWise empowers ravers, promoters, and venues to create safer, more inclusive nightlife spaces.Despite the popularity of UK rave culture, many ravers—particularly the vulnerable, women, LGBTQ+ individuals, and young attendees—face risks such as harassment, drug-related harm, and unsafe venue practices. While advice exists, it’s fragmented, overly formal, or disconnected from the culture. There is no unifying, community-led standard for harm reduction that feels authentic to the rave scene itself.RaveWise introduces “The Community Code for Safer Raving”—a non-judgemental, culturally fluent code of conduct supported by a pledge, digital platform, and printed materials. Unlike traditional top-down messaging, RaveWise is built by ravers, for ravers, using design, language, and distribution methods that align with underground and festival culture.RAVEWISE Aligned isn’t just a badge. It’s a commitment to integrity, creativity, and community in underground culture.

Protect The Culture. Respect The Vibe.

RAVEWISE ETHICAL BRAND CHARTEROur PurposeRaveWise is a socially-driven brand rooted in the underground music scene. We exist to promote conscious rave culture — where safety, awareness, and accountability go hand-in-hand with freedom, expression, and basslines. We believe raving should be a space for connection, not chaos. Our MissionTo inspire safer, smarter, and more inclusive rave communities by equipping ravers, promoters, and crews with the tools, messages, and codes that protect the vibe and the people in it.What We Stand For✅ Informed Raving – We promote harm reduction, consent, and awareness without shame or judgment.✅ Scene Accountability – We support safer spaces and spotlight brands, labels, and events that take raver welfare seriously.✅ No Exploitation – Our merch, media, and campaigns are created with care. We don’t glamorise danger, ignorance, or abuse.✅ Community First – We listen to the culture. RaveWise evolves with the scene, not above it.✅ Independence with Integrity – We're a for-profit brand, but we move with ethics, not just algorithms.

🛡️ Our Commitment to Safer SpacesAt RaveWise, we believe everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, and free at any event we support or promote. As part of our community ethics, we encourage transparency and accountability — especially from those involved in organizing or staffing events. We ask our collaborators and partners to uphold the highest standards when it comes to public safety and crime prevention. While we’re not here to police anyone, we believe in proactive responsibility. That includes being mindful of roles given to individuals with relevant histories that could compromise the safety of others, particularly in environments involving alcohol or vulnerable people. Our approach is rooted in trust, not judgement — but always puts community wellbeing first.Together, we can build a scene that protects the freedom we all rave for.
